Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. We’ll notify you promptly of any significant changes.

 

Shipping Options & Costs

 

We offer the following shipping options across Canada:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of [3-5 business days], with a flat rate of 12$ CDN.  If you require expedited shipping please email us and we can get you a shipping quote. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. We appreciate your patience.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.

 

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship internationally to the USA.  Shipping rates vary depending on the carrier but we strive to use the most cost efficient methods.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or certain remote locations. If this applies, we will notify you during the checkout process.
